Grapefruit Marsh
Ingredients
2 oz Marsh House Rum
4.5 oz Grapefruit Soda (East Imperial Grapefruit Soda, Ting, San Pelegrino)
Lime wedge, expressed
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Instructions
In a tall glass, add the Marsh House Rum. Fill with ice, top with the soda, and add the lime, stirring briefly to incorporate before serving.

Cuba Libre
Ingredients
1.75 oz chilled Marsh House Rum
4 oz cold Mexican Coca-Cola
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Half of lime
Instructions
In a tall glass, add the Marsh House Rum. Fill with ice, top with the Coca-Cola, and press lime with a juice press. Discard the hull. Stir briefly to incorporate before serving. Serve with straw and a lime wheel.

Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients
2 oz. Marsh House Rum
.75 oz lime juice
.25 oz St. Germain
2 tbs sugar
1 Louisiana Strawberry
Instructions
Blend together without ice. Shake over ice and strain into a coupe.

Cuban Ginger
Ingredients
1.5 oz Marsh House Rum
1 oz apple juice
.5 oz lemon
3 oz mild ginger ale
Instructions
Pour the ingredients over ice and stir briefly. Garnish with a long lemon pigtail twist.

Classic Daiquiri
Ingredients
2 oz Marsh House Rum
.75 oz lime
.75 oz simple syrup
Instructions
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice briskly. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients
2 oz Marsh House Rum
.75 oz dry vermouth
.25 oz curacao
Dash of orange bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish.

Marsh House Rum Punch
Ingredients
.75 oz Marsh House Rum
.75 oz Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
.75 oz pineapple juice
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
.25 oz grenadine
1 0r 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice until well chilled. Strain into glass with fresh ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Mojito
Ingredients
15 small mint leaves
2 oz Marsh House Rum
.75 oz lime
.5 oz pure cane syrup
1.5 oz soda
Instructions
Add mint and syrup to a Collins glass and stir briefly, pressing the leaves gently against the side of the glass. Be careful not to tear the leaves. Add rum and citrus and slowly add ice while stirring about 1/4 of the ice at a time until full and the glass is frothy. Top with soda and stir. Garnish with 5 sprigs of mint.

Rum Old Fashioned
Ingredients
2.5 oz Marsh House Barrel Aged Rum
1 tsp sugar syrup
few dashes of orange bitters
ice
strip of orange peel, to garnish
Instructions
Put half the rum, the sugar syrup and bitters in a mixing glass or jug. Add three ice cubes and stir slowly with a mixing spoon until the outside of the glass feels cold. Add the rest of the rum and a few more ice cubes, then stir to just combine.
Strain the drink into an ice-filled rocks glass or tumbler and garnish with the strip of orange peel.
