1.5 oz. Marsh House Rum
.5 oz. Stolen Overproof
.5  oz. Wray & Nephew
.5 oz. Smith & Cross
.75 oz. Lime Juice
.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Cinnamon Syrup*
.5 oz. Velvet Falernum
.25 oz. Grenadine
2 dashes Pernod
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Cinnamon Syrup


Steep equal parts ( in volume) white sugar, water and 10 freshly cracked cinnamon sticks for every quart of liquid.  Bring to a boil, take off heat and let steep for 30 minutes.  Strain and enjoy.
