5 Fresh mint leaves
½ Ounces Simple cane syrup
¾ Ounces Fresh lime juice
¾ Ounces Marsh House Rum


Muddle the mint leaves in a chilled shaker. Add the simple syrup, lime juice, and Marsh House Rum. Fill with ice, lightly shake and strain into a highball glass. Top with soda (Topo Chico or Rambler) and garnish with a mint sprig.
